agent-usage-guard

Open-source Claude Code mod that guards your plan's usage window. It reads the 5-hour and weekly usage percentages Claude Code reports, counts agents across every session on your machine, and holds subagent fan-out, heavy-context prompts and retry loops before they run, asking in Claude Code's own question dialog (or refusing with a reason when nobody can answer). It runs locally with no network calls and stores only counts, never prompt text.
