LayerFS
FreeRust filesystem built as the substrate under AI coding agents. Each agent mounts a complete, writable workspace over shared committed history without copying the base, and every file tool call or Bash call becomes a deduplicated checkpoint, so many agents can work in parallel and then branch, rewind or merge. Version 1.0.0 is released as source; it runs on Linux, with macOS through its DSH harness and Windows through WSL2, and its store is not meant to be the only copy of important data.
